Why is this comic book valuable?

January 1965 brought the collaboration of The Avengers and the X-Men. Iron man, Captain America, Thor, and Giant Man meet the team in X-Men #9. Professor X squares off against Lucifer, who cost him the ability to use his legs. The Avengers and the X-Men meet when Lucifer attempts to blow up the entire world with a giant thermal bomb.
