What's X-Men #3 worth in 2025?
There have been five copies of X-Men #3 rated at a 9.8 NM/M and only one copy from the U.K variant rated at an 8.0 VF by the CGC. A 9.8 Pacific Coast edition sold for $35,505 in March of 2017. More recently, a 9.4 Circle 8 pedigree sold for $7,200. The lowest rated CGC copy was evaluated at a .5 Incomplete, by classified as part of the Sgnt series and was signed by Stan Lee. That copy sold for $93 in November 2008 and was resold in January 2018 for $190.
Why is this comic book valuable?
Marvel Comics released X-Men #3 in early 1964 for a cover price of $.12 USD. Edited by the legendary Stan Lee, "Beware of the Blob!" features the X-Men investigating a report of a mutant that is part of a traveling carnival. Professor X, The Angel, The Beast, Cyclops, Marvel Girl (Jean Grey,) and Iceman are all featured.
