Why is this comic book valuable?

Fantastic Four #4 is valuable because it is the first Silver Age appearance of Namor, the Sub-Mariner. That character last appeared in the Golden Age many years before. Of lesser importance is the first time Johnny Storm, a.k.a. the Human Torch, would exclaim, "Flame on!"
