Story Synopsis


Starting a new chapter of upside down crimes, The Joker haunts Gotham City with brand new ideas to terrorize the city, The police department asks Robin and Batman for help to tackle the Joker, and the duo manages to deduce the Joker's plans. However, Joker with his smart criminal moves is able to steal the Batplane from the dynamic duo and almost defeats Batman in an upside-down battle. An almost defeated Batman is saved by Robin. The duo recovers and foil The Joker’s plans once again. 

 

What's Batman #23 worth in 2021?


A Batman #23 in Mint Condition has nearly tripled in value in the last 10 years.  A CGC NM+ 9.6 would most likely sell for $75,000 in today's market.  A CGC NM+ 9.6 last sold for $43,000 back in 2015.  In 2009, a NM+ copy would have sold for around $15,000 - $20,000.  In affordable grade, the price has risen a bit more modestly.  Copies in Mid Grade (FN 6.0) sell for around $2,000 in today's market, while copies 10 years ago would have sold for $900.  In GD 2.0, the price has risen from $200 in 2009 to $700 today!  We recommend you pick up a complete, low grade affordable copy with nice page quality and wait for the price appreciation!
