There is no known mint condition value of Batman #108, as the highest CGC rated copy to sell at auction is a 9.2. An unretouched 9.2 has a value of $1,404 as of May 2008, which is an increase from its July 2002 price of $5,040. An unretouched 9.0 from the Mohawk Valley pedigree sold for the price of $366 in January 2003, and an unretouched 8.5 has a value of $800 as of July 2019.
Why is this comic book valuable?
Batman meets the boy named after him in Batman #108, published by D.C. Comics in June 1957. A young couple is saved during a car accident by Batman, and name their new son after him. However, when Batman Jones grows up, he wants to get into the crimefighting business too, causing problems for the original Caped Crusader!
