Beware! Terror Tales

Beware! Terror Tales was an anthology comic featuring horror stories. It was hosted by The Mummy, who welcomed the readers to every issue and presented the stories. It was originally published by Fawcett Publications, but was acquired by DC Comics when DC bought Fawcett's comic book assets in 1991.

At the time, after 8 issues, the publisher couldn’t keep releasing the comic series due to the low demand of readers, who were migrating from horror to new comic subjects, such as the new superheroes and fantasy comics.
