Ordering, Shipping & Return Policy
How do I order online?
Find the comics you want, then click the “add to cart” button. Once you’re ready to check out, click the shopping cart at the top of the screen. After making sure all items in your cart are correct, click the “checkout" button to continue. From there, you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal payments. We also accept personal check or Money Order. When paying via check or money order, allow at least 15 business days from the date you send payment for it to be processed and cleared.
Can I place an order by phone or mail?
Yes, you can place an order by calling (800) 548-3314. To order an item through the mail, you must first call us at (800) 548-3314 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If paying via check or Money Order, we will hold your item(s) for seven days until payment has been received. After payment has cleared, your order will be shipped.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking number for your package.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Alabama.

We ship from the US to anywhere in the world.
What are your domestic shipping options and rates?
We ship via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Rates vary depending on which class of service you choose.
What are your international shipping options and rates?
We ship internationally via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Rates vary depending on which class of service you choose.
Will I be charged taxes and duties on international orders?
Please be aware that any international order may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
What is my package is lost or not delivered?
First Class Shipping (Domestic AND International) offers no insurance protection. If you choose First Class then you are assuming all risk for lost or stolen packages. If you want insurance you MUST CHOOSE UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority/Express Mail shipping.

All returned items must not be damaged or altered from their original condition. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
