Time Payments:
Time payments are available on purchases over $1,000. Returns are NOT accepted on any items purchased with this option. 25% immediate down payment and the balance can be spread out over 3 months. Contact us for further details
Refunds:
We think you'll be extremely pleased with the quality of the books that you buy from us and if for ANY reason you're not satisfied, just contact us within 5 days of receipt and return your order within 2 weeks for a full refund excluding shipping. Returns are also accepted on CGC and PGX books but there is a 10% restocking fee on certified books. No exceptions.
Shipping:
All books will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments and Global Priority Mail for international shipments. Globabl Priority Mail shipments are ONLY shipped in a box, not an envelope. We charge exact shipping + an additional $1.00 - $3.00 depending on the size of the box used and how much packing material is used. Insurance is $1.30 for the 1st $100 and $1.00 for each additional $100.
The Quality Comix Pledge:
1) We pledge to accurately describe to the best of our abilities every book and collection that we sell.
2) We pledge to accurately grade every comic book we sell and stand behind the grade of every unslabbed book that we sell. A full no-questions asked return policy for all of our books is the Gold Standard at Quality Comix.
3) We pledge to NEVER knowingly sell a restored comic as unrestored. We will accept returns on any book advertised by Quality Comix as unrestored and subsequently found to be restored for a time period of up to 2 years from the date of sale.
4) Our ultimate pledge to you, our customers, is to be up front and honest about everything that we sell or purchase because that is the way we want to be treated as well. The Golden Rule in Action!

CGC certified books over $100 - 0%
PGX and non-certified books:
(based on sales price)
$1 - $49 = $5.00
$50 - $99 - 10%
$100 - $499 = 9%
$500 - $999 = 8%
$1,000 - $4,999 = 7%
$5,000 - $9,999 = 6%
$10,000+ = 5%
We will also grade, scan and price your consignments for a 20% commission.
